Boca Raton Approves 3.6% Raise for Non-Union City Employees, Freezes Merit Pay

Boca Raton’s non-union city employees will receive a 3.6% cost-of-living raise starting Sept. 28, a citywide cost of about $2.76 million that comes with no merit increases next fiscal year.
