Woman shot in face with rubber bullet at Black Lives Matter rally sues Fort Lauderdale police

A Delray Beach woman who was shot in the face with a rubber bullet by a police officer during a Black Lives Matter protest sued Fort Lauderdale and several of its officers, accusing them of using excessive force and causing her “permanent physical and emotional injuries.”
