Black Farmers’ Group Calls on USDA’s Vilsack to Resign

    The African American Agriculturalist Association, a non-profit group of black farmers, called on U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Tom Vilsack to resign over what they call “ongoing institutional discrimination” in his department.
