    Candace and Mark Malis, the couple that founded and later exited software firm QQ Solutions, sold an oceanfront townhouse in Golden Beach for $11.5 million. The 7,026-square-foot townhouse at 4521 S. Ocean Blvd. was purchased by the Woodbridge Trust, with Richard Reisin, the executive VP of Chicago-based environmental infrastructure firm Carylon Corp., as trustee.
