South Florida home sales rebound in July while condo sales continue slump


    Sales volume in South Florida’s single-family housing market rebounded in July, but the slump continued for condos. According to the Florida Realtors, home sales were down double digits in the tri-county region for both May and June as the Covid-19 pandemic battered the economy. Single-family home sales increased 2.2% to 4,781 in July, compared to the same month a year ago. The median sales price grew 8.2% to $400,000.
