Bondy, a managing director of Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR, paid $12.82 million for a newly built mansion in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club in Boca Raton. Jeffrey A. Levine, as trustee of the 434 S. Maya Palm Drive Real Estate Trust, sold the 9,562-square-foot home at 327 E. Alexander Palm Road to Bondy’s trust. The price equated to $1,341 a square foot.
