Occupancy rates declined in 2019 at South Florida hotels – IT’S VRBO and AIRBNB!


    Occupancy percentages across South Florida declined year-over-year in 2019, while revenue increased across the board. New data from the hotel analytics company STR reveals that Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties all had a similar 2019.
